Harbor House is set to open mid-July.
Harbor House is the vision of philanthropist Michael Cudahy and restaurateur Joe Bartolotta. The architecture will replicate a New England style seafood restaurant commonly found on Cape Cod and Nantucket.
The exterior is grey cedar shake trimmed in white. Diners will be greeted by warm hardwood floors, cream-colored walls, and appropriately appointed antique light fixtures. Offering seating for 80, the Shell-Shocked Lounge is dominated by an island bar adorned with white marble and offers a casual relaxed alternative to the dining room.
A gleaming open kitchen will offer 8 seats at our raw bar, featuring oysters, clams, crab, lobster and peel and eat shrimp. Unmatched views of the Calatrava, Milwaukee’s skyline and Lake Michigan abound from our spacious dining room. The dining room will comfortably seat 180. The menu will feature a wide array of fresh seafood, salads, sandwiches, pastas, steaks, and chops.
Additionally, Harbor House will feature two outdoor patios. The smaller of the two, will offer fire pits and Adirondack chairs. The larger patio, overlooking the water, will seat an additional hundred guests for cocktails and dining.
